Courageous Conversations 

Why can it be so hard to have sensitive conversations? We find there are many reasons the tough talks are hard. It could range from our lived experiences to the way we relate to the world around us. Having conversations on hard topics can make us feel uncomfortable, or bring us back to points in our past we’d rather not address. We have to overcome these hesitations. We can do that by building up and understanding who we are, as well as the people around us.
Join a group of our board members, Sgt. Cody Jones, Bowden Jones, Jr., Pastor David Ritchie and Joseph Peterson, as they have a Courageous Conversation on race, police training, personal perspectives in healing, and more. Our challenge to each of you is to have similar conversations in your organization, companies, and civic groups.
